This King Salmon jumped all day long at the falls and never made the final leap. Latter in the afternoon a large female Brown Bear came into the water, found this fish and grabbed it. The rangers had been watch this female King for two days to monitor whether she had successfully made it over the falls. She didn't. You will see in the following shots her final destination. Food for a large Brown Bear.
Jackpot for the old female. She caught the King Salmon and how had enough food to last until tomorrow.
